SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The governing law is determined based on your country of residence: Europe: EU laws. Nigeria: Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. North America: Laws of the State of Delaware (USA) or Province of Ontario (Canada). Other Africa: Local jurisdiction laws

10.1 Regional Variations

European Union

If you are a resident of the European Union, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of your country of residence, and you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on mandatory provisions of local consumer protection laws.

United States

If you are a resident of the United States, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

Africa

If you are a resident of an African country, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of your country of residence, and disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and procedures of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through our Services or by other means. Your continued use of our Services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
